academy is a Registered Training Organisation, offering training programmes that are nationally recognised in the same way as a TAFE or University course. One advantage of accredited training is that it can attract government incentives & rebates through the traineeship programme.
In order to incentivise employers to provide training in the workplace, government cash and rebates can be claimed when you implement a traineeship programme.
There are two types of trainees eligible for incentives and rebates:
New Entrant |
Existing Worker Trainees |
Employed permanently for less than 3-months full-time or 12-months part-time |
Employed permanently for more than 3-months full-time or 12-month part-time |
New Entrant and Existing Worker Trainees can both be eligible for Federal Government cash incentives of up to $4,000 per trainee. |

For New Entrant Trainees State Government incentives may include payroll tax rebates, student concession card and funding for training. |
