Presenting an original loyalty generation framework based on the concepts of trust and accountability to co-workers, this seminar demonstrates how the notion of success can be shared equally amongst all team members.
It examines the positive consequences of building flexible and supportive teams that are aware of the impact of their behaviours on each other and therefore service standards, promoting greater leadership behaviour and driving organisational outcomes.
